			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Nu ne-a venit sa credem cand am primit o raportare oficiala (de la guvern) legata de o anumita situatie din Romania (e ceva unic, se intampla doar in acest an si aproape sunt convins ca e un moment unic in viata). Nu va spun mai multe insa este o oportunitate incredibila care ne obliga sa ne dublam <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  operatiunile locale mai ales ca vrem sa profitam cat mai mult de mediul actual.</p>
<p>Situatia asta fenomenala ne-a facut sa ne trezim in primul avion spre Romania si deja avem meeting-uri si suntem pusi pe fapte mari mai ales ca in cateva luni trebuie sa avem primele rezultate.</p>
<p>Nu va ascund faptul ca planuim sa participam la cat mai multe evenimente si am bugetat deja acest lucru. Am dat si o cautare si iata ce am gasit pentru perioada urmatoare:</p>

<p>Jobshop este un eveniment studentesc &#8211; ne da ceva de munca pentru ca toate evenimentele au in comun doar numele. Trebuie sa discutam cu fiecare coordonator pentru fiecare oras in parte <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  . E de apreciat insa aerul studentesc dar si efortul de a face ceva national.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Nu stiu ce sa spun&#8230; daca este un record de bine, sau de rau insa de sarbatori am primit o diploma cu acest titlu din partea catorva colegi apropiati (si cititori <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  ocazionali).</p>
<p>Adevarul este ca am avut succes cu acest blog si am intalnit multi oameni in urma acestui proiect. Anul 2007 a insemnat si 20.346 de vizitatori (asa cum arata statistica), o cifra foarte promitatoare avand in vedere ca nu avem foarte multi specialisti in domeniu.</p>
<p>O nerealizare personala (si se intampla din 2006) este legata de faptul ca nu reusesc sa scriu constant (din cauza programului incarcat/diferentelor de fus orar din cauza carora ma adaptez mai greu). Poate ca 2008 va fi anul blogului insa pana in 2009 pe vremea asta, nu imi ramane decat sa va multumesc pentru comentarii si mesaje si sa va promit cat mai multe posturi din domeniul resurselor umane.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Am citit si eu in presa din Romania despre cazul directorului de banca ajuns sa se sinucida in perioada sarbatorilor dupa ce daduse un jaf in toata regula. Evident ca presa a vuit de senzational insa nimeni nu a dezbatut despre directorul de resurse si poltica bancii respective.</p>
<p>Acesti oameni cu predispozitie pentru jocuri de noroc, suicid, risc sunt usor de citit si nu au cum sa ajunga directori de banca. Fiind un caz din Romania, ajung sa ma gandesc ca fie a fost o pila, fie o incompetenta iesita de comun al departamentului de HR (ma indoiesc de talentul actoricesc iesit din comun al acestui director).</p>
<p>Cum poate sa ajunga un impostor notoriu director de banca fara ca nimeni sa observe? Cum si cat de des sunt evaluati si testati angajatii intr-o institutie sensibila precum o banca&#8230; iata intrebari pe care trebuie sa ni le punem cat mai des.</p>

<p>Microsoft Romania, cea mai cautata companie de angajatii romani. Nokia, cea mai mare crestere (Update)<br />
Companiile cele mai cautate de angajatii romani sunt Microsoft, Vodafone, Orange, Oracle si BRD, releva un studiu realizat de compania Daedalus Consulting. Microsoft Romania a realizat un salt spectaculos, de pe locul 5, anul trecut, pana pe primul loc.<br />
Studiul a fost realizat pe un esantion de 920 de angajati, studenti si absolventi de invatamant superior, cu varste cuprinse intre 19 si 28 de ani, iar rezultatele au fost anuntate luni. <span id="more-132"></span></p>
<p>Clasamentul de mai sus este realizat pe baza voturilor date de angajati atunci cand au fost rugati sa aleaga 4 companii pentru care ar dori sa lucreze. Topul este usor diferit insa pentru varianta in care respondentii au fost rugati sa indice o singura companie pentru care vor sa lucreze. Microsoft a pastrat primul loc, insa a fost urmata de Google, Oracle, BRD si Procter&amp;Gamble.</p>
<p>In 2006, in topul celor mai cautate companii de catre angajati (versiunea cu 4 optiuni ca raspuns), pe primul loc s-a situat Vodafone, fiind urmata de Orange, Oracle si Coca-Cola. Pe locul cinci s-a clasat compania Microsoft, care a reusit cel mai spectaculos salt anul acesta, pana pe primul loc.</p>
<p>Principalele elemente pe care tinerii angajati le cauta la o companie sunt, in ordine ierarhica, interesul companiei fata de angajati, atmosfera de la locul de munca, pachetul salarial si investitiile realizate de companie in formarea profesionala.</p>
<p>Cele mai cautate joburi sunt cele din domeniul IT, economie, inginerie si farma (medicina si farmacii).</p>
<p>Tinerii care lucreaza in Bucuresti castiga cu 37,5% mai mult decat cei care lucreaza in provincie, salariul mediu obtinut in Bucuresti fiind de 436 de euro, in timp ce in provincie valoarea acestuia este de 317 euro.</p>
<p>Dintre angajatii cuprinsi in sondaj care aveau o vechime la locul de munca de cel putin trei ani, 22% au declarat ca au schimbat locul de munca de patru ori in ultimii trei ani, 26,1% afirmand ca au schimbat trei locuri de munca in acelasi interval, 14,3% de 2 ori, iar 37% dintre cei intervievati declarand ca si-au pastrat serviciul de-a lungul ultimilor trei ani.</p>
<p>Pe primul loc in topul motivelor care au stat la baza schimbarii locului de munca a fost aparitia unei oportunitati intr-o alta companie, pe locul doi aflandu-se pachetul salarial si pe locul trei perspectiva evolutiei profesionale.</p>
<p>Studiul a relevat totodata ca pretentiile salariale ale tinerilor au crescut anul acesta comparativ cu 2006. Astfel, tinerii angajati de cel putin un an se asteapta la o retributie lunara de 530 de euro anul acesta, comparativ cu 394 de euro in 2006. Cei care au o vechime de 2 ani isi doresc o retributie lunara de 552 de euro, fata de 422 de euro anul trecut, iar asteptarile celor care au o vechime de trei ani vizeaza un salariu de 664 euro anul acesta, fata de 489 euro anul trecut.</p>
<p>Respondentii cu o vechime de patru ani la locul de munca au declarat ca asteapta un salariu de 914 euro in 2007, comparativ cu 570 euro anul trecut.</p>
<p>Studiul a relevat totodata ca anul acesta a crescut numarul persoanelor cu studii superioare angajate pe domeniile in care s-au specializat in facultate. Astfel, daca in 2006 51,6% din tinerii absolventi s-au angajat in domeniile pentru care au fost pregatiri, in 2007 ponderea acestora a urcat la 61%.</p>
<p>Oficialii Daedalus au motivat ca in top au fost prezentate doar 18 companii datorita diferentei foarte mari intre locul 18 si restul companiilor studiate.</p>

Peste tot exista modificari facute de oamenii disperati: aerisiri inchise, panouri construite sau aduse etc. Ne confruntam cu o supraaglomerare, iar mirosul de canalizare este omniprezent, atit in birouri cit si la bucatarie, nu avem lumina naturala. Daca ar exista o inspectie, cu siguranta ar fi mari probleme pentru companie, dar asa ceva nu s-a facut de mult timp, desi inspectiile ar trebui sa fie anuale. Exista angajati care au plecat din aceste motive.<br />
Consider ca, numai prin dezvaluirea catre opinia publica a acestei situatii, lucrurile s-ar putea imbunatati.<br />
Va multumesc anticipat pentru ajutor.</em>”</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">De asta trebuie realizat un contract de munca cu foarte multe puncte pentru ca multi angajati frustrati se pot &#8220;trezi&#8221; sa trimita astfel de mesaje catre presa. Din cate stiu eu, la Vodafone este mai mult decat decent&#8230;</p>

<p>Fabulos este si salariul de manager - 3.600 de euro!!! &#8211; bani buni pentru un agricultor rasarit de pe alte meleaguri. Cum sa le explic eu colegilor mei manageri care viseaza la milionul de euro ca Romania este acum in top si ofera in medie 3.600 euro salariu pentru managementul lor de nepretuit. Cred ca unele cifre ar trebui tinute pentru noi pentru a evita riscul de plonjare in ridicol.</p>

<p> Ma uitam zilele trecute pe o lista de beneficii de la compania mama si mi se parea ca nu se mai termina. Suntem inca la inceputurile economiei de piata in Romania si angajatii inca se multumesc cu bonuri de masa, masina si telefon mobil. Poate de asta sefii zilei investesc in est.</p>
